Austria Hut at Wasserfallboden Stausee [drone]

This hut is located at the lower high-level water reservoir in Zell am See-Kaprun. For more activities such as hiking etc., you should continue to the second and higher-located reservoir.

I used a drone to get a better angle of the hut itself. Alternatively, you could scramble up the hills behind the photo position for a few meters of altitude to get a similar effect with your camera and zoom lens.

You must take two buses and a lift to get to the upper reservoir. Make sure to get off the second bus at the first stop next to the first reservoir before driving up. The shuttle runs frequently. Therefore you could get off here and walk up to the second reservoir afterward or wait for the next bus. Parking at the station is free of charge. Be aware of the operation hours (no operation in winter at all). You could hike up, but it will be long and steep. In winter, don't try to hike up by yourself because of the danger of avalanches.
