An amazing lighthouse in the west of France between Bordeaux and Nantes that you can enter... approx 250 steps to climb. The spiral staircase is great for photos due to the color contrast between the blue walls and the dark stairs.

High ISO required. Take pics from the bottom to the top and from the top to bottom.

Travel Information

A small parking is available at the lighthouse. Access to the lighthouse costs something like 4€ (2021). The museum is free. There is a food truck (at least in summer until early September). The lighthouse is open from February to November (2021).
