Munich's highest vantage point, inside the the Olympiapark and next the BMW-Welt, BMW-museum and BMW-factory. Viewing platform is at ~190m. It is ~5km from the city centre; you can get a city silhouette with the alps in the background. The view goes as far as Italy.

Photography Tips

There are many options here. It is a good place for some night shots. A good time to go is on cold mornings, when there is a mist on the ground, that slowly starts opening up. Travel Information

Closest Ubahn station is at a few 100m: U3, Olympiazentrum (do not confuse this with Olympia Einkaufszentrum!). Also, all tourist hop-on-hop-off buses have a stop in the vicinity.
