Hungary Fisherman's Bastion, Budapest
The Fisherman's Bastion is part of the old Budapest city wall and is occupied by its fishermen. It has a commanding view of the city, including the Parliament building, from which multiple photo sites are possible. This also included the Mathias church which is remarkably beautiful.
Photography Tips
I thought this area was photographed well at night particularly as there are fewer people. A tripod is a must. Do take the time to walk further up the hill into the bastion for more opportunities.

Find some parking nearby and walk up to the site; it will be easier.
