Portugal Cais da Ribeira de Gaia
The spot is located along the Douro river but in Vila Nova de Gaia. It is a beautiful place where is possible to see the typical boats "barcos rebelos" that were used to carry the wine along the river. It is also one of the best places to contemplate the city of Porto.

Travel Information
To reach this place I think the easiest way is by metro, that stops above the bridge, so you just need to go down by foot from stairs there are closer to the metro stop.
