The King Abdullah Petroleum Studies and Research Center (KAPSARC) is a non-profit institution for independent research into global energy economics located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Founded in 2007, by the Saudi Council of Ministers, the centre brings together an international group of expert researchers of more than 15 nationalities. In 2020 KAPSARC was ranked by the University of Pennsylvania Think Tank and Civil Societies Program as 13th place out of 60th in its list of global top Energy and Resource Policies. Worth to be on a location scout.
