Probably one of the best views (in my opinion). Also, not crowded as getting to the place implies walking a lot, which most people will not be keen to do.

Photography Tips

Best during the blue hour in the morning if you want to have the reflections. In the evening, the view is also great, but the water's surface is not even due to the wind.

The easiest solution is to gain access to the location through the Marina Barrage.
