There is shopping and lots of restaurants. The ambiance at night is great! Lots of lights and view of Burj Khalifa. Also seemed to be a local hot spot!

Photography Tips

go around 7pm, you can get very good view of Burj Khalifa, you can bring a portable tripod, and always be aware there are lots of Emarati people so don't take any pictures of them :D

you can get metro towards burj khalifa metro and get down to opposite side and walk towards Al Wasl and Al Safa Road Junction,Exit D71, Sheikh Zayed Rd, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
