This was shot in Boston Public Park during the blue hour of the George Washington Statue. The statue was completed in July 1869. This is the largest sculpture in Boston.

The statue is located at the Arlington Street entrance to Boston Public Park. You can either walk or catch the underground although the underground does not start till 6.00 am.
