Argentina Parque Los Sauces Pebble Gorge
At a bend in the road through Parque Los Sauces near La Rioja, an inconspicuous path leads into a particularly bizarre gorge. The rocks on both sides consist of a conglomerate with mainly pebbles. Erosion has created rounded corners everywhere. The path leads through a maze of thorny bushes and cacti.
