This location is an attraction both during the day and at night. The jagged peaks always look great. If you want to take night shots, you need a flashlight because it is so dark that you don't see anything through the viewfinder.

Travel Information

At the start of the hike you can get to Cerro Cathedral with bus line 55. You have to hike about 12 km to get to Laguna Toncek and the Refugio Frey. You have to reserve the overnight stay in advance or you wander back
