This is an iconic view of the Glass House Mountains in Queensland. The stop is at a great scenic reserve where there is plenty of parking and you can grab a coffee.

Photography Tips

This is an uncomplicated shot. A tripod would be nice, but is not necessary on a nice day as the sun is very bright there. 1/200 sec, f/16, ISO 160, Focal length 70mm.

Travel Information

You need a vehicle to reach this location. Public transit is not available. There is plenty of free parking and it is relatively uncrowded. Be careful crossing the road from the parking lot. I feel the view is better from the south side of the road.
