The Forts Walk is probably one of the best walks on the island, if not to see the Koalas in the wild at all in this region. The marking of the location is representative for the whole hike. We have seen a total of 6 Koalas at different locations.

Photography Tips

Take a tele lens with you. Often the Koalas here are even at eye level. Respect the animals and keep your distance.

You can park your car for free at the parking lot or take a bus to the start of the hike.
