Bombo Quarry, Kiama, New South Wales Australia

This location is very popular with Australian landscape photographers. Even on a deceptively calm day the waves are usually thumping into the basalt columns that line the shoreline. I have visited this spot three times and never seen anyone else there. A very eerie place in the pre-dawn darkness.
Thank you very much for your suggested change. We will check it as soon as possible and update this spot.

Kiama is 42 km south of Wollongong and 44 km north of Nowra. Driving will definitely get you the closest to Bombo otherwise it's about a 1.5 km walk from Bombo railway station.
