use a telezoom to frame this spot. I used a 50mm on a crop and shot 2 landscape orientated pictures. Then merged both in post to get this frame.

Travel Information

you can drive to the parking lot at Lucknerhaus via Kals am Großglockner (Osttirol). To acces the parking lot you have to drive via the toll road (4€ for 3 hours, 7€ for 6 hours, 10€ for 24 hours). At Lucknerhaus there are plenty of parking possibilities. Form there you hike via a dirt road till you reach the Lucknerhütte (approx. 2 hours)
