Reedsee is a smal lake in the Austrian alps. It´s hidden in the mountains and woods, very difficult to reach, it´s a many hours walk to get there. You can take the cable car and walk from Graukogel or you walk all the way up from Kötschachtal.

Travel Information

The lake is only to reach by foot. You can take the Graukogel Bahn at Bad Gastein and walk up to Palfnersee and Palfnerscharte or you come from Kötschachtal. This way is very steep and exhausting.
