This hut is located in the ski area of the Kitzsteinhorn in Zell am See-Kaprun. There are multiple levels of ski courses and lifts (this one is between the first and second main lift sections)

I used a drone to get the particular angle featuring the mountains in the background. Be aware of strong winds and cold temperatures caused by the altitude. Also, check the local drone regulations.

Travel Information

You will have to park your car at the designated parking area for the Kitzsteinhorn cable car. Take the first two main lifts and exit after the second one. Walk towards the edge facing down the valley. You will be able to spot the cabin from up here.
