In winter time there is less water, so the rapids are more visible and more impressive. The rapids are created by an old demolished bridge or damming.

Travel Information

Best to follow the R2 = Murradweg from Mureck to Radkersburg, but stay close to the river Mur. At height of Röcksee you can see the rapids.
