Die Alpen schließen meist enge Täler ein. Nicht so am Walchsee. Dort hat das Auge viel Platz zum schauen. Am Walchsee Abfluss herrscht frühmorgens eine sehr friedliche Stimmung.

Photography Tips

In dieser gegend wird Bio groß geschrieben. Überdurchschnittlich viele Bauern setzen auf naturbelassene Produkte. Das schmeckt man. Die Burgeralm liegt auf 1.330 m Seehöhe im Gemeindegebiet von Rettenschöss (Wandberg) inmitten von grünen Wiesen und ist eine beliebte Einkehr für Wanderer, Familien und Mountain-Biker. Ein herrlicher Panoramablick auf das Kaisergebirge, die Hohen Tauern und sogar bis zum Großglockner erwartet den Fotografen hier oben.

Travel Information

Parken kann man an der Gastwirtschaft "Schöne Aussicht" Rettenschöss. Eine Mautstrasse führt bis zur Alm. Fotografen gehen in etwa 1,5 Stunden die etwa 300 Höhenmeter besser zu Fuß.
