You can fly closer to the station and make a vertical panorama or fly above the Radisson Blu hotel on the other side of the square.

Be careful. This spot lies in a very restricted geo zone. make sure you get proper permission to fly here before you take off your drone. Check your altitude and surroundings. There are almost always police patrols in and around the station so get the documents sorted.
There are a lot of people and tramlines as well.

Best is to get here by public transport (train or tram)
The tram stops underground (stop 'Antwerpen Diamant')
The area is also very friendly for pedestrians so walking is also a good option if you're hanging around Antwerp.
