Bosnia and Herzegovina Stari Most from above
The bridge (Stari Most) was built in 1566 by Turkish engineer Mimar Hayruddin after a number of failed attempts that resulted in collapsed bridges. The bridge stood for 429 years through Ottoman and Austro-Hungarian rule and two World Wars until it met a temporary end in 1993.
The Mehmed Pasha mosque I am in the photo was built in 1618 and almost destroyed in the Croat-Bosniak conflict but has been rebuilt since then.

Travel Information
Go inside he Koski Mehmet pasina mosque. Usually, everyone buys the ticket to go to the deck (which is also very nice but different), pay the 6 euro fee and climb up the tower and shoot. Note that the stairs are very steep and narrow and on the top, you need to be quick because only one person can pass and you'll be blocking the way.
