I always like getting to these spots early to avoid the crowds and this one like all the sites visited on Nesebar had nobody at the crack of dawn.

Travel Information

Nesebar is on a peninsula in the Black Sea in the eastern part of Bulgaria and it is difficult to drive around. We booked a hotel on the "island" and walked around the many ancient churches, of which there are several, to view this history within the city.
