The Vacha Reservoir is a truly gem in the middle of nowhere of Bulgaria. It's very peaceful and off the beaten path. Its a paradise when it comes to new compositions and photography unknown places.

Photography Tips

Always check the actual and local drone regulations before flying. For scaling place yourself close to the cross and show that immense landscape plus visualizing the adventure character.

Travel Information

There is a hike up the mountains from the Complex Chilingira. Just watch out a small ladder by the side of the road after the turn (curve) which leads you steeply up to the start of the hike. Parking is free (as of fall 2023).
