Canada Banff View to the Northwest

Easy spot to get to on the opposite side of the Bow River from Banff Springs hotel. Most shots from here are of the hotel, but at sunset, you can get some great shots as the sun hits the tips of the mountains to the northwest.

Photography Tips

Don't need much a wide angle here. You're far enough away a 50mm or even telephoto will get you some great shots.

Travel Information

just off the side of the road. Easy parking along the roadside. Parking lot just a few hundred feet to the south.
