You can get there by car from Quebec City. There are several Saguenay River tour boat operators that stop at this location. Camping is available. Reservations required in tourist season. Park Fee. Though when I went off season there were no fees and very few people I had the entire bay available to myself. Was able to park within 100 yards of location
