Canada Athabasca Falls Canyon

This beautiful gorge was formed by the Athabasca falls and river. It's one of the highlights in the Jasper Nationalpark and very easy to access. This view is right off a bridge going over the river itself.

Photography Tips

Use a wide-angle lens to capture as much as possible of this unique scenery. A person near the edge will help to scale this location (please be careful). The best season is autumn but early snow treated us with this winter wonderland.

Travel Information

You can park at the designated parking lot and walk a few meters towards the bridge for this specific view. Make sure to check out the other locations as well!
