This spot will treat you with stunning views over the Whitemans Pond as well as Ha Ling Peak. It's located along the trail and you may want to continue the climb for a different perspective as well. It's quite rocky and steep. Bring proper footwear as well as clothing and snacks.

Photography Tips

Came here in the afternoon to catch some light which wasn't too bright anymore. You can use different lenses since it's nice to try a wide angle for the scenery but a tele zoom lens is helpful to capture some of the surrounding peaks as well.

Travel Information

You will have to park at the trailhead and start the hike. Please be aware of bears, falling rocks, etc. It's safer to go in a group rather than alone.
