The Tablelands in Gros Morne National Park is one of the few locations on the planet where the mantle of the earth has been brought to the surface through millennia of erosion. It is a unique landscape - made even more interesting in that it does not fit the rest of the surrounding area.

Travel Information

Getting to the Tablelands is best done in a personal vehicle. Gros Morne Park is an hour or more drive north of the closest major city, Corner Brook. Tablelands itself is a relatively remote corner of the park.
