Photography Tips

Go at sunrise. Try several visits and several angles - the tide and the light can change the photo dramatically. Take care downclimbing on the rocks if you go down to the beach (like I did for this photo). Many other compositions are possible!

Travel Information

Parking is easily available near the lighthouse. I had no issues at all anywhere in Cabo Verde (in fact everyone was very helpful and friendly), but bear in mind this is a poor country - be aware of risks.
