Chile Bay at Huasco
In the bay in front of the promenade /Costanera), birds gather in the afternoon, lots of birds, very many. Some ten thousand shags form a kind of floating island. A few hundred pelicans flank them. Every now and then, the shags in particular take off and fly a big circle. At one point the huge raft dissolves, at another it expands.
