This station is called "Malostranská" and is located on Line A of Prague's metro system. The interior was designed by architect Zdeněk Drobný, who was inspired by the historical environment of the Malá Strana. The station opened in 1978.

Photography Tips

You should avoid peak hours and visit this station at night. Using a tripod is highly recommended to take multiple exposures for maximum dynamic range (bracketing).

You need a permit from the "Dopravní podnik hl. města Prahy, a.s" to take photographs inside Prague's metro system unless you are using a smartphone.

You can reach this station by using the metro, but there is a Tram Station above ground as well.
