Castle and fortified monastery and basilica st. Procopius in Třebíč. A very old and almost completely preserved complex with a unique Romanesque-Gothic basilica. The entire complex is a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Photography Tips

It is ideal to shoot in the morning or evening. In winter, it is possible to capture the beautiful play of colours from the stained glass windows inside the basilica around midday on a sunny day.

Travel Information

From Prague or Brno on the D1 motorway to Velké Meziříčí. From there, it's about 20 kilometres south.
