Czech Republic Pohansko
Pohansko sanctuary (reconstruction)
Pohansko near Břeclav is a large Great Moravian fortified settlement (total area up to 55 ha) from the 9th century, built on a promontory between the branches of the Dyje River.
In 2003, a Great Moravian semi-underground dwelling, a cult object, and a well were reconstructed near the chateau under the leadership of Petr Dvořák.
