Czech Republic Fortress Žerotice
The first significant mention of the castle dates back to 1358, when Adam of Žerotice sold it to Beneš of Weitmile. He expanded the fortress to such an extent that it was then referred to as a castle in historical sources. To this day, part of the palace with one complete room, part of the tower and a walled moat have been preserved.
