A boardwalk located in a swamp, surrounded by a forest. You can hike through the bog on a trail and a boardwalk. Please stay on the trail. The entire bog is worth a visit. Some barbecue areas are also located along the trail (in case you want to stay longer and have dinner with friends)

Photography Tips

Visited during the late afternoon and waited until sunset to capture soft and golden light as well as long shadows which created a nice atmosphere over the bog. If you want to capture fog: come here during spring or autumn in the early morning when the air humidity is high

Travel Information

I parked my car at Meenikunno raba opperada which is one of the trailheads of the hike through the swamp. It´s an easy and pretty even hike (most of the time) and can be done by beginners and families. They have barbecue spots at PMK Päikeseloojangu.
