Falkland Islands (Malvinas) King penguins around Yorke Bay, Falkland Islands
Gypsy Cove and Yorke Bay are coastal areas near Stanley known for their pale sand beaches and accessible wildlife. Both sites are good places to observe Magellanic penguins, and occasionally King penguins, from designated paths and boardwalks. The short walking routes and open landscapes make them easy to explore.
Photography Tips
Go in a low perspective for some nice unsharp foreground with an open aperture but don't disturb the wildlife and keep the distance to the penguins.
