Beaune is the capital of Burgundy and is famous for the colored slate roofs. The Hôtel Dieu (Hospices de Beaune) is famous for its architecture and the generous thought behind it. We were there during very poor weather. Winds up to 80km/h and rain. We were also running late coming back from Provence. We will return and attempt to take a better photo. This is a very lovely place.
