France Lighthouse, Cap Lévi
Nice spot at the end of a small road with an unusual lighthouse design. The building registered as historical monument is located in the canal on the commune of Fermanville. Destroyed in 1944 during the Second World War, the current lighthouse was rebuilt in 1947. It is 28 meters high and has a square shape with curved surfaces.
The tower is imposing. Its height, but also its shape and the natural stone construction, are impressive. Below, at the Cap, the sea crashes against the rocky coast.
