You have to use the center median that helps pedestrians to cross the roads in the avenue. Be careful, the roads are motorized and sometimes on police watch.

The spot can easily be reached via Metro. 3 lines pass through station - Concorde. Takes 5 to 10 mins walk from Place de la Concorde depending on the traffic lights.
