After you have the Roussillon village shot you can hurry down the road to the east and capture this field of lavender with a pretty, nicely coloured villa in the background.

The lavender field was cut off and newly created. Unfortunately, a fence is now around the property.

Photography Tips

Get there as early as possible and try to catch the sun as it lights up the foreground lavender. I used a wide-angle lens here to capture that foreground; try a telephoto to accentuate the house more. The moment that the light catches the lavender doesn't last long so hurry.
