In April/May? Well, the hut and the tree for sure. ;-) Lavender starts blooming around mid-June. The fields are in full bloom at the end of June/beginning of July. Provence is always pretty, but if you're going there for the lavender, the first two weeks in July are a good choice. Good luck.

The best of spots near Valensole but don’t be late harvest is around mid july.
