France Moulin de la Borie

The Borie windmill is located in the heart of the Causse Méjean and dates back to the 18th century. The project to restore this historic site was initiated by the association “La Farine du Méjean,” which was already producing local flour under the brand name “La Méjeanette.” The Moulin de la Borie is a must-see site in the Grands Causses. Rooted in agropastoral culture, it showcases ancestral know-how and allows visitors to discover or rediscover it.

It's a rally nice place to do astrophotography as there is almost zero light pollution. You can choose any angle around the windmill (360° view) as it's fully renovated and easy to go around.

Follow the GPS pin. Once parked, you just have to walk 1min to the windmill.
