Photography Tips

The best time late afternoon, when the light is softer, or for night sky photography. Works very well with a wide angle to medium focal lens (up to 50mm).

Travel Information

The closest town is Florac. From Florac, drive towards Mont Lozère and then follow the roads to the Chaos de Nîmes-le-Vieux. It takes around 45/1 hour depending where exactly you come from. You will need to park on the side of the road, but not many people use it so it's fine. Make sure to be well parked though :)
