Photography Tips
The sun rises behind the mountain (Melibokus), so I would recommend the sunrise. But also at sunset, the colour can become really beautiful and at night there is a really nice starry sky over the mountain with mirroring in the lake.
A drone is a beautiful way to see the mountains from a different angle (10m height is enough and makes a big difference).

Parking is possible at the autobahn exit of the A5 towards Rodau. From here it is a 10-15 minute walk.
