This is the site of an archeological dig, immensely valuable Celtic artifacts have been found and shed light and mystery on the life of the Celts in early Germania.

Photography Tips

I would recommend a tripod, as this spot is not really spectacular unless the framing and light is right. However spectacular photos of the site exist.

Travel Information

It is about 10 km off Autobahn 45, easy to get to and ample of parking. At night time the spot may be popular with a partying young crowd, it is a romantic picnic spot and after pre-coordination with the staff you may leave your camper van parked overnight.
