This magnificant little church is located at lake Walchensee (1.30h to the south of munich).

Photography Tips

For shooting star trails use the free, small "app" called StarStaX which will take your photos and merge them to one single image. (See youtube how this works)
Bring a tripod and a cable release and 1-2 flash lights to allow focusing on your object (unless you have done this when light was still available).

Travel Information

There is a small road (fits for one car only) that will lead you to this spot. Parking is an issue but at night nobody will blame you parking your car directly in front of the farmers ............ :-)
