will a 50mm lens be sufficient from this spot or I need a telephoto lens ?

It is closer than you think. You actually need a wider lens in order to capture some panorama. 50mm will frame the castle with almost nothing around. 24mm is the best option.

Good point, fully agree with you here and nowadays I would definitely use a wider lens as well. You might have a look at the photo of Simona, that she uploaded within this spot. It's extremely wide angled or even a vertical panorama and it looks extremely nice like this.

Thank you very much Lars for your feedback. I guess you mean the photo of Werner?

Next month i want to shoot there at sunrise... where can i park my car the best?
Manuel Becker
Manuel Becker 05.06.2018
Hey Dennis, I would leave it at the official parking place, which is in the western direction of the spot. I updated the spot and marked the parking on the map. Feel free to share your result, I am already curious about this perspective during sunrise! :-)

Awesome, good luck with the weather! Oh and could you take a photo with your smartphone from the spot/bridge itself during sunrise? We could add it to the spot here so that others get a feeling about how it looks like during that time, because during the day the bridge is usually full of tourists. (but only if you have the time and you don't forget it)
