The Darßer Ort forms the northern tip of the Darß peninsula on the Baltic Sea. It is located in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, about six kilometers northwest of the Baltic Sea resort of Prerow and eleven kilometers north-northeast of the Baltic Sea resort of Ahrenshoop. Administratively it belongs to the municipality Born a. Darß. The Darßer Ort is located in the Western Pomerania Lagoon Area National Park.
