The viewing platform offers one of the best views of the Moselle with its narrow loop from Pünderich via Zell to Bullay as well as the surrounding vineyards, the Hunsrück heights and the Kondelwald.

Very few visitors in the early morning. Rather worth it at sunrise. Sturdy shoes and warm clothing in autumn / winter.

Marienburg is signposted from the B421.
Parking is limited. It is about a 15-minute walk from the parking lot to the Prinzenkopfturm.
