Germany Storks Nest at Dümmer Lake

This is a permanently installed stork nest, which is used again every year. Therefore the best time to get a good shot is from the beginning of April until the end of August, i.e. during the breeding and rearing period of the storks.

Photography Tips

Bring a telephoto lens and a tripod. Don't get to close to avoid disturbing the storks.

Travel Information

There is a parking lot in Hüde. From there you should walk, which is better anyway, because there is much to see.
